Woodward Inc. is seeking experienced professionals to join the Loves Park Campus on 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.

Bring strong Hone machine experience to a dynamic aerospace environment at one of the world’s leading aerospace companies. Qualifications

• Follow documented procedures and SOPs to meet production standards.
• Identify gaps-to-standard and resolve/escalate per procedures; mentor others.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and safe use of hand tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support workflow.
• Maintain time management to complete tasks within schedules.
• Apply 5S and lean principles to improve workstation organization.
• Understand and follow production systems and standard work.
• Use basic software for data entry and communication.
• Show attention to detail and verify accuracy of work.
• Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented procedures; solve problems with known outcomes; support training; assist full product line across processes.
• Maintain key process variables for consistent quality; log daily operations; escalate as needed.
• Participate in quality control by improving clarity and accuracy of processes.
