Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience required.
• Strong experience servicing Honda, Toyota, Acura, and Lexus vehicles required.
• Advanced automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in an independent repair facility and/or dealership environment.
• Virginia State Inspection License required.
• ASE Certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and repairs, primarily on Honda, Toyota, Acura, and Lexus vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, drivability, steering, suspension, braking, and HVAC systems.
• Complete timing belt services, wheel bearing replacements, brake repairs, maintenance services, and complex mechanical repairs.
• Utilize ALLDATA, scan tools, and diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
• Perform clear and complete Digital Vehicle Inspections.
• Perform Virginia State Inspections.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding repair recommendations and vehicle status.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
