Job summary

Bobby Rahal Honda in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Greeter/Service Porter to help the Service department start each day ready for clients. You’ll greet arrivals, assist with key matching for night drop vehicles, and help prepare the breezeway floor before opening at 7am.

This is a fast-paced role that delivers great customer service with reliability. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 5am to 2pm, with an hourly rate of $17.50.

Responsibilities

• Match keys for night drop vehicles to repair orders and clean breezeway floor before opening.
• Open large garage doors at 7am for client entry.
• Greet and check-in clients for service appointments.
• Distribute tasks such as battery checks and test drives to the Porter team.

What You'll Do

In this position, you play an integral role in ensuring the Service department is ready for client arrivals each morning. Before we open for business, you match keys for "night drop" vehicles to repair orders and clean the breezeway floor with the floor machine. At 7am, you open the large garage doors so clients can enter the drive lane. Throughout the day, you greet and check-in clients as they arrive for their service appointments and distribute tasks such as battery checks and test drives to the Porter team. This is a great position for a dependable, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves providing great customer service!
