Job summary

Bobby Rahal Honda in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a friendly Greeter / Service Porter to welcome clients and help keep the service area running smoothly. The role requires opening the facility and coordinating morning readiness with the Porter team to ensure efficient service flow.

As the first point of contact, you will greet customers, assist with check-ins, and support the team with tasks that contribute to a positive customer experience and a well-organized service drive.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients as they arrive for service appointments.

• Open large garage doors at 7am and ensure the drive lane is ready.
• Match keys for night drop vehicles to repair orders before opening.
• Maintain front-of-house readiness and support a smooth service flow.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5am to 2pm

Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.50

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this position, you play an integral role in ensuring the Service department is ready for client arrivals each morning. Before we open for business, you match keys for \"night drop\" vehicles to repair orders and clean the breezeway floor with the floor machine. At 7am, you open the large garage doors so clients can enter the drive lane. Throughout the day, you greet and check-in clients as they arrive for their service appointments and distribute tasks such as battery checks and test drives to the Porter team. This is a great position for a dependable, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves providing great customer service!
