Job description

Location: West Covina, CA (On-Site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly: $17.00/hour + Bonuses

As an Express Technician, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda. You’re responsible for showing our guests a super experience and quickly getting them on the road. You’ll provide light vehicle maintenance, keep a safe, neat workspace, and handle your responsibilities honestly.

Your work will ensure guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves location experience. This role is a great entry point into your career with us!

Schedule: Monday - Saturday. You get Sunday and one day off during the week! Working hours vary based on business needs.

What You’ll Do:

1. Deliver your guests’ cars every time, on time, as promised
2. Perform oil changes, check batteries, and top off fluids
3. Inspect brake linings and adjust if necessary
4. Rotate, repair, mount, and balance tires according to vehicle standards
5. Conduct multi-point inspections (121-point inspection) and alignment checks
6. Perform minor services including software updates, key programming, and windshield wiper and filter replacements
7. Take detailed notes during and post-inspection
8. Keep work station clean at all times
9. Work with your team to prepare and service vehicles efficiently

What You’ll Need:

1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
2. Preferred: Enrollment in an automotive program or possession of an automotive certification
