Buerkle Honda in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking a dependable Vehicle Operations Associate to keep the dealership lot organized, safe, and ready for customers. No prior automotive experience required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

You will move vehicles, stage deliveries, and maintain inventory accuracy while supporting daily dealership operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles throughout the dealership and between departments.
• Retrieve, stage, and position vehicles for customers and dealership staff.
• Maintain organization, appearance, and accuracy of vehicle inventory on the lot.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, dealer trades, and vehicle transfers between locations as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery by ensuring they are fueled, charged, clean, and properly staged.
• Conduct routine lot inspections to verify vehicle placement and condition.
• Respond to vehicle movement requests from sales, service, and management teams.
• Assist with snow removal from vehicles and lot preparation during winter months.
• Monitor lot conditions and maintain a safe, clean, and professional dealership environment.
