Fusion Academy seeks a HomeworkCafé Teacher to support students in our homework hubs and social spaces. You’ll monitor progress, differentiate instruction, and collaborate with teachers and parents to personalize learning for grades 4–12.
The role emphasizes social-emotional growth, mentoring, and community engagement. The position centers on managing the Homework Café space 10:30-2:30 daily, with potential to teach additional subjects (STEM, Humanities, or Foreign Language).
Fusion Academy is the school that changes everything! We are a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 4-12. As HomeworkCafé® Teacher, you’ll support students in our homework hubs and social spaces. Our diverse team of lifelong learners shares a mission to personalize education for every student — academically, socially, and emotionally. Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process.
Our campus is looking for a dynamic teacher who will not only own the Homework Cafe space from 10:30-2:30 each day, but who might also have the availability to teach in one or more subject matters in the margins (STEM, Humanities, and/or Foreign Language like Spanish preferred). An excellent candidate might have the potential to move to a full-time, salaried Director of Student Life position in the future.
Because teaching with us means more than delivering lessons — it means being part of a community that believes in you. At Fusion, we’re dedicated to 1-1 personalized learning — emotionally, socially, and academically — and we invest in our teachers just like we invest in our students.
