Child Development Schools, Inc. in the United States seeks a School Director to lead a thriving early childhood program. You will guide a team of educators, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and drive enrollment growth with strategic marketing and community outreach.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage daily operations, foster a culture of learning, and build strong relationships with families and partners to create safe, joyful learning spaces for children.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in early childhood education (3+ years preferred).
• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on leader ready to jump in wherever needed.

Your Role as School Director:
