We are seeking a seasoned Homeowner Field Adjuster to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing a variety of homeowner claims and be proficient in Xactimate and XactAnalysis. The ability to confidently write estimates up to $150K is essential. This is a field-based role covering the St. Louis area, requiring a candidate who can start immediately and make an impact. Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Interpret regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Negotiate settlements, process payments, and document activities on complex files
• Utilize expertise in policy interpretation and assist in training
• Create damage estimates for complex homeowner losses of all severities

Education & Experience

• Preferred: 4-year Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: 3+ years of relevant experience

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not include supervisory duties.

Compensation

The base salary ranges from $72,000 to $93,570, depending on experience and qualifications. Total compensation may include incentive pay such as commissions or bonuses.
