We are looking for the ideal candidate for the HOMEMAKERS position to assist our elderly clients with dignity, patience, compassion, empathy, and respect.

Responsibilities:

1. Light housekeeping, including vacuuming, emptying trash, changing bed linens, and laundry.
2. Accompany clients to appointments or social activities as part of companionship duties. Provide transportation if needed.
3. Remind and assist clients with pre-dosed medications.
4. Prepare meals, taking into account all precautions and dietary restrictions.
5. Grocery shopping and running errands as required.
6. Provide transportation when needed or assigned.
7. Purchase food, plan, and prepare meals with or without assistance from clients.
8. Be a pleasant companion by providing conversation and encouragement, stimulating and assisting clients as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred.
