Right at Home South Charleston, SC is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes, with duties including light housekeeping, laundry, basic cooking, medication reminders, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must complete a written Competency Evaluation.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a full employment background check and drug screen.

What You’ll Do

Your training will cover all tasks required to provide high‑quality care to seniors and adults with disabilities. Typical responsibilities include light housekeeping, laundry, basic cooking, medication reminders, and companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, and other engagement options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must complete a written Competency Evaluation
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass a full employment background check and drug screen

Preferred Experience

• CNA or HHA license
• At least 6 months of experience as a Personal Care Assistant
• 1–3 years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in homes or facilities
