Right at Home Lima is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our in-home care team. You will help clients with daily living activities, companionship, and basic health-related tasks to support independence at home.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living.
• Assist with hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving, meals, errands and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and monitor well-being during visits.
• Support patients in attending medical appointments when needed.
• Follow instructions for care plans and report changes to supervisors.

Essential Functions:

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Personal Hygiene

• Ambulation/Transfers

• Dressing/Shaving

• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions

• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments

• Performs light housekeeping activities

Preferred Experience in:
