Qualifications

Position Details

The Homemaker position is a blended role with primary responsibilities for dietary and housekeeping duties in the household. Assigned areas are maintained in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly and attractive manner in accordance with established procedures and as guided by the Household Coordinator. The homemaker works cooperatively with residents, coworkers, families, visitors and volunteers to create a positive and pleasant environment.

What You Offer

  • Prefer Registered Nursing Assistant by the State of Minnesota; but not required.
  • Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and team-player mentality.
  • Excel at working independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
  • Pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, 75 hours per biweekly pay period.
  • Day shift; 6:00am-4:00pm.
  • Includes rotating weekends and holidays.
