About the Role:

The Homemaker role is centered on creating and maintaining a well-organized, comfortable, and nurturing home environment that supports the well-being and daily needs of the Client . This position involves personal care of the client as well as managing household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure smooth and efficient home operations. Homemakers play a vital role in fostering a positive atmosphere by anticipating and addressing the needs of the household proactively. This role requires adaptability and problem-solving to handle unexpected situations and maintain the wellbeing of the Client. Ultimately, the Homemaker contributes significantly to the quality of life within the home by providing consistent care, organization, and support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing household tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prepare balanced and healthy meals.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with household members and service providers.
• Compliance with state mandated electronic visit verification via a smart device.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in childcare or eldercare.
• Knowledge of nutrition and meal planning for special dietary needs.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
• Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
