Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related experience; or 9 years of related training/military experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, refines, updates lesson plans and comments.
• Writes personal lesson outlines supporting Programs of Instruction and POI guidelines.
• Designs and develops training materials for POI.
• Develops realistic training scenarios to replicate real-world operations.
• Plans, develops, and implements training courses in support of POI.
• Carry out hands-on training activities and scenarios using subject matter expertise.
• Performs transport/setup/reset of equipment for training and exercises.
• Develops evaluation tools and assesses participant learning.
• Makes recommendations for training course improvements to enhance learning.
• Travel worldwide in support of training if required.
