DeVine is seeking a Program Lead, Homeland Security in Monterey, CA to lead and coordinate homeland security programs with the client. This onsite role requires U.S. citizenship and involves various education, management, and administrative duties across multiple projects.

The position emphasizes graduate education leadership, curriculum review, and staff collaboration with DeVine HQ. Compensation ranges from $109,000 to $139,000 DOE, with full benefits and a focus on national security

Qualifications

• 5+ years in teaching at an accredited higher education institution.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in program management.
• 5+ years in education, financial management, logistics, procurement, and asset management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead homeland security programs in collaboration with client.
• Manage all contractor operations for Executive Education Programs.
• Review curricula, instructional materials, SMEs, and guest speakers for courses.
• Direct all contract faculty and operations in Emergency Preparedness, Executive Education Program, and University Partnership Program.
• Coordinate with partner jurisdictions, government agencies, national associations, and technology, digital media, and communications teams for nationwide events.
• Manage all special projects.
• Ensure all requirements for projects and tasks are delivered successfully.
• Collaborate with DeVine HQ regarding training, hiring and reviews of staff.
• Participate in team events.
