Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition in high-volume hiring.
• Experience in home care or healthcare staffing preferred.
• People-management experience required.
• Experience using Workday or ATS recommended.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the assigned recruitment office, ensuring coverage and consistent execution of Talent Acquisition processes.
• Provide direct supervision to Field Recruiters, including setting expectations, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain weekly/monthly recruitment plans based on goals, data, and local market conditions.
• Translate staffing priorities into sourcing, field recruitment, and candidate-generation assignments for Field Recruiters.
• Establish measurable productivity and hiring expectations and monitor performance through key metrics.
• Use Workday and reports to identify gaps, backlogs, and opportunities, taking timely corrective action.
• Maintain leadership presence in the office and in the field to support outreach and assess execution quality.
• Build relationships with schools, workforce programs, and local organizations to ensure candidate flow.
• Ensure smooth handoffs from Field Recruiters to Recruitment Specialists with clear ownership and status visibility.
