Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking a Recruitment Manager in the New York area to lead day-to-day recruitment office operations and supervise Field Recruiters. You will translate regional hiring priorities into clear recruitment plans, drive candidate-generation activity, and ensure timely movement through the hiring process.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare staffing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of progressive recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Healthcare staffing or home care recruitment experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly and lead field teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day recruitment office operations and ensure coverage, organization, and process adherence.
• Supervise Field Recruiters, set expectations, coach performance, and review results.
• Develop weekly and monthly recruitment plans based on hiring goals and local market data.
• Translate staffing priorities into sourcing, field recruitment, and community outreach tasks for Field Recruiters.
• Monitor productivity and hiring metrics; take corrective action as needed.
• Use Workday and reports to identify gaps and opportunities; escalate issues to leadership.
• Maintain leadership presence in office and spend time in the field to support execution.
• Build relationships with schools, workforce programs, and local talent sources.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Recruitment Specialists and other support functions.
