Job description

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join us in caring, serving, and enriching the lives of our patients and their families. Becoming a Maxim nurse provides access to rewarding opportunities in home healthcare. All cases are 1:1.

LOCATION: Terre Haute, IN

SHIFT: Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
2. Performs focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
3. Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
4. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data from healthcare team members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
5. Performs other duties as assigned to Registered Nurses (RNs).

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
2. Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
3. Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
4. Current BLS card.
5. One year of prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
