Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented nurses to provide total 1-on-1 care with patients in Vincennes, IN, and surrounding areas. Patients range from infants to geriatrics, with skills needed from home ventilators to catheterizations. Not familiar with these? Not a problem! We provide pediatric, ventilator, and tracheostomy training. Shifts can be 8, 10, or 12 hours, depending on patient needs. Responsibilities

1. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
2. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
3. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members; document nursing diagnoses.
4. Document the patient’s care plan, expected outcomes, and nursing interventions.
5. Perform interventions based on priorities, care plans, policies, and standards.
6. Revise care plans based on evaluations and medical changes.
7. Use clinical judgment to meet patient needs, establish priorities, and evaluate activities.
8. Perform other RN duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current health certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year RN experience preferred.
