Job summary

The VNA Health Group in New Jersey is seeking an RN Homecare nurse to provide compassionate, in-home care for patients and families.

You’ll participate in orientation, develop care plans, educate families, and collaborate with clinicians. A valid RN license is required, with BSN preferred, and a driver's license.

Qualifications

• Active RN License (BSN preferred).
• 1+ year of supervised RN experience (home health or medsurg preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Car and valid driver’s license.
