Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health. In this focused, one-on-one role, you provide skilled nursing in the child’s home, using your clinical judgment to keep patient needs at the center.

You’ll work with families, maintain clear care plans, and rely on strong clinical support. NJ license required; experience with pediatric high-acuity care preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License.
• Physical from within three years.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Apply clinical judgment to high-acuity pediatric care in the home.
• Maintain clear care plans and follow physician orders.
• Collaborate with families to ensure safety and treatment adherence.
