Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking a Recruitment Manager in Alabama to oversee daily office operations and a team of Field Recruiters. You will translate regional hiring priorities into clear plans, drive candidate generation, and ensure timely progression through the hiring process.

Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, building local partnerships, and ensuring strong candidate flow. Travel within the market is expected as part of field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience managing field recruiters and recruitment activity using data.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the recruitment office in the local market.
• Supervise Field Recruiters, set expectations and coach performance.
• Develop weekly and monthly recruitment plans based on hiring goals.
• Translate priorities into sourcing, field recruitment, and partnerships.
• Establish productivity metrics and monitor hiring results.
• Use Workday and reports to identify gaps and take corrective action.
• Maintain leadership presence in-office and in the field.
