Description

Schedule

Monday-Friday 6am-4pm case in Greensboro.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Evaluate and treat clients with appropriate skill under the supervision of an RN, Clinical Manager.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Support case management by coordinating care plans and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient records complying with healthcare regulations.
• Demonstrate proper use of equipment and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
