Description

Schedule

We are looking for one or two RN or LPNs for dayshift Mon-Fri in Cary, NC.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Evaluate and treat clients with appropriate skills according to client needs under the supervision of an RN, Clinical Manager.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
  • Support case management by coordinating patient care plans and follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Demonstrate proper use of equipment.
  • Ensure HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed practical nurse (LPN) licensed by the North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON). Must have a current, unencumbered license as an LPN, or an Advanced Practice Nurse. Must be in good standing in the applicable state of practice. Must maintain all licensure and employment requirements.
  • Travel is required; must have a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Minimum of one year of home care experience; additional nursing experience in a hospital is preferred.
  • Work hours vary; full-time is at least 30 hours/week, Saturday-Friday.
  • Skills: understanding of geographical/cultural requirements, customer service orientation, ability to use computerized systems, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure.
