Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients in Florida. The role includes performing nursing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and documenting care per orders.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB test or chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care per orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
