First Day Homecare is seeking an LPN to perform skilled nursing functions under medical orders and in alignment with Nurse Practice Act requirements. You will work under supervision of a clinical practitioner and report to the Clinical Supervisor, providing 1:1 care and coordinating with the client’s care team.
Responsibilities include delivering nursing care, documenting changes, managing medications, and handling pediatric services such as tracheostomy and ventilator support when needed.
Performs skilled nursing functions in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and within the guidelines of professional standards and the Nurse Practice Act. All nursing services provided will be under the direction of medical practitioner (MD, DO, NP, PA, etc.) orders.

Provides Supervision To: NA – No supervision responsibilities
