Care Options for Kids seeks an LPN for pediatric home health in Florida. You will provide focused, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, working with an RN and clinical leadership to deliver consistent care.

The role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships, clear directions, and reliable support when needed. Candidates must hold an active Florida LPN license and BLS CPR, pass TB screening, and complete Alzheimer's training.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida LPN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person).
• TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test.
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course.
• DOEA Alzheimer's Video provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in home settings.

Requirements
