Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in Florida. You will deliver focused, one-on-one nursing care in the home, working with an RN and clinical leadership to ensure consistent patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have an active Florida LPN license, BLS CPR, TB testing, and Alzheimer’s training. The role offers stability, support, and meaningful impact on a child’s life.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida LPN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person).
• TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test required.
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course.

Requirements
