Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in Florida. You will deliver focused, one-on-one care in the child's home, under RN oversight, ensuring safety and quality care with a supportive clinical team.

The role requires current Florida LPN license, valid BLS CPR, TB testing, and Alzheimer’s training. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and a strong team environment committed to child health.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida LPN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person).
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course.
• DOEA Alzheimer's Video available on DOEA website.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in the patient's home.
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.
