Job summary

Care Options for Kids in New Jersey is seeking an LPN to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing. You will support patients with skilled nursing needs and collaborate with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver consistent care in the home.

This role offers stability, training opportunities, and a supportive team. Requirements include NJ LPN license, recent physical, BLS CPR in person, and willingness to train for g-tube/trach/vent care.

Qualifications

• New Jersey LPN license is required and must be valid.
• Physical within three years.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray is required.
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care.
• Collaborate with RN and clinical leadership to ensure safe, effective care.
• Maintain safety and infection-control practices per CDC guidelines.
