Job summary

Rhonda's House is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance. You will help clients bathe, groom, feed, and move safely, while maintaining a respectful and comfortable home environment.

Your role includes monitoring health and communicating changes promptly, building trust with clients, and supporting a caring team. We offer flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient, and reliable individuals.
• Prior caregiving or home health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow care plans and work with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification a plus but not mandatory (we welcome applicants who are willing to learn!)

Responsibilities
