Job summary

Rhonda's House in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home personal care and support clients with daily living activities. You will help keep clients safe, comfortable, and independent, while building trusting relationships.

We offer flexible day/evening/weekend/overnight shifts, part-time or full-time, plus training opportunities and a supportive team culture to help you grow in your role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn.
• Prior caregiving or home health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow care plans and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
• Support clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility).
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes promptly.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.
