Your Journey at Neighbors Bank
Most Homebuying Specialists earn $65,000–$90,000 annually, with top performers exceeding that range. We provide a comprehensive training and coaching program to support you in reaching your income goals in remote sales and mortgage origination.
From day one, you’ll earn a base pay of $20 per hour, plus uncapped performance-based bonuses. While this is a full-time role, your earnings potential is based on your production — not your schedule.

Homebuying Specialists are the first voice our customers hear, and a critical part of turning curiosity into confidence. Our clients seek support from Neighbors Bank, so there is no cold calling required. Your role is to connect quickly, ask the right questions, and guide potential borrowers through the first steps of the home loan process.
