David Weekley Homes in Colorado Springs is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Interns to join our team. This hands‑on internship offers the opportunity to learn from experienced homebuilding professionals, gain exposure to residential construction and discover what it takes to deliver an exceptional homebuying experience.

You’ll experience the full process from pre-contract through construction, closing and post-closing service, and you’ll see the David Weekley Way in action while contributing

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a full‑time college program with an interest in pursuing residential construction, real estate or related field.
• Part‑time or Full‑time up to 40 hours per week
• Must have housing available in the Colorado Springs area for the duration of the internship

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the full homebuilding process from pre-contract to post-closing.
• Learn builder day-to-day duties: scheduling, QA, safety, cost control.
• See the David Weekley Way in action and our building standards.
• Develop understanding of how customer service drives homeowner satisfaction.

David Weekley Homes is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Interns to join our Colorado Springs team. This hands‑on internship offers the opportunity to learn from experienced homebuilding professionals, gain exposure to residential construction and discover what it takes to deliver an exceptional homebuying experience.

What You’ll Experience:

• Gain firsthand exposure to the entire homebuilding process, from pre‑contract activities through construction, closing and post‑closing service
• Learn the day-to-day responsibilities of a Builder, including scheduling, quality assurance, safety, cost management and material control and/orexposure to multiple areas of the homebuilding industry, including sales, marketing, purchasing, and general operations.
• See the David Weekley Way in action and understand the standards that guide how we build homes and serve our Customers
• Develop an understanding of how exceptional Customer Service contributes to homeowner satisfaction and overall business success
