Job summary

American Driver is hiring for a Southwest Regional Fleet based out of Dallas. Expect weekly home time with a 34-hour reset, driving 2,200–2,500 miles weekly and a 400-mile average haul.

Vehicles are 2021+ Freightliners/Kennworths. Earn $1,200–$1,600 weekly gross plus mileage pay $0.54–$0.60 CPM, plus up to 3 CPM monthly bonus and $12.50/hr detention pay. Sign-on bonus $3,000; paid vacation benefits accrue over years.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience (40ft+) in last 36 months or eligible for Extended Road Test.
• No major violations in past 5 years; compliant with DOT regulations.
