Job summary

American Driver's Southwest Regional Fleet offers weekly home time with a 34-hour reset, delivering consistent miles while you’re home on a regular schedule. The fleet features 100% no-touch freight and modern equipment, including 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth models, designed for efficiency and comfort on long regional runs.

You’ll earn a weekly gross of $1,200–$1,600, with additional bonuses including a $3,000 sign-on, detention pay after two hours, and a safety/productivity bonus.

Qualifications

• 21 years old or older.
• Valid Class A CDL issued by a single state.
• At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience (40ft+) in the last 36 months or eligible via Extended Road Test.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no preventable accidents in 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years (5 if before holding CDL-A).
• Must pass hair follicle and urine drug testing and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 53' tractor-trailer on the Southwest Regional Fleet routes.
• Maintain weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.
• Adhere to safety and productivity standards to maximize miles and pay.
• Respond to detentions and delays as part of the regional schedule.
