Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is hiring drivers in Springdale, AR for a dedicated grocery run with no touch freight and a weekly home reset. New CDL holders will be paid during training. Expect 1,100–1,200 weekly gross, with mileage pay starting at $0.49 and rising to $0.60 after 3 years, plus stop pay and bonuses.

Be ready for night and weekend shifts on a 6-day work week, with 34-hour resets at home each week. Benefits include health, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Trainees welcome: a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.
