Job summary

TrulyHired in Cambridge is seeking a Home Visitor Aide to support families with young children (1 ½ -3 ½ years). You will implement an Early Childhood curriculum and conduct regular home visits to help families prepare their children for school.

You will organize group activities, participate in in-service training and staff meetings, and maintain weekly records. A high school diploma is required, and the role requires flexibility and dependability in a multicultural community.

• Have an interest, experience, and/or education in working with young children and their families.
• Relate well to young children, parents, and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
• Have the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Be willing to learn and use the Program materials and methods.
• Be flexible, dependable, have access to a telephone, and ability to get around the city.
• A high school diploma is required.
