Child Resource Connect is seeking a Home Visiting Nurse to join Family Connects Prince George’s, an evidence-based nurse home visiting program in Maryland. This full-time, hybrid position supports families with newborns in their homes and includes extensive training and supervision.

Requirements include RN licensure (or equivalent), bilingual English/Spanish preferred, reliable transportation, and a passion for working with culturally diverse families. Mileage reimbursed per IRS rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with RN license, or a BA with RN licensure, or an AS with State Level RN and 1+ year nursing experience.
• Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish, highly desired.
• Licensed RN with neonatal/maternal post-partum knowledge.

Child Resource Connect is looking for a Home Visiting Nurse to join our new and growing program for families with newborns. Family Connects Prince George’s, an evidence-based nurse home visiting program developed to support families as they welcome new babies into their homes, is seeking a Home Visiting Nurse. Extensive training and supervision are provided.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree with current RN license, or a BA in another field with current RN licensure, or an A.S. degree with State Level RN, and at least one year of nursing experience.
• Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish, highly desired
• Must be a current licensed registered nurse with knowledge of neonatal and/or maternal post-partum assessment.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills are required, as well as a passion to work with culturally diverse families and colleagues.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to use personal vehicle to conduct home visits. Mileage is reimbursed at the current rate as determined by the IRS.
