Sunbeam Family Services seeks a Family Educator for Home Visitation Services. The role provides expectant mothers and young children with home visits and group activities, delivering development guidance and supportive relationships to families.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Child Development or Family Studies, Home Based CDA or progress toward it, and experience with at‑risk families. Travel, flexible hours, and strong English communication are expected.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Child Development or Family Studies with emphasis in Child Development.
• Certification: Home Visitation Child Development Credential (Home Based CDA) or complete within 12 months from date of employment.
• Experience: Experience working directly with at-risk families.
• Experience: One year experience working directly with at-risk families.
• Skills: Strong communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel locally and work some evenings/weekends as required.
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and state required vehicle insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide home visits and group socialization experiences for expectant mothers and children birth to 3.
• Develop and maintain supportive relationships with families through development guidance and support.
• Complete documentation and maintain records in Child Plus.
• Create individual family partnership agreements with educational and developmental goals.
• Schedule and conduct twice-monthly socializations for families and children.
