Qualifications

• Requires Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Ohio Driver's License required.
• Parents as Teachers Certification, First Aid and CPR certification preferred or required within 6 months of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Support and partner with parents on strengthening involvement in their child’s learning, social/emotional, and physical growth through an in-person weekly home visit.
• Establish a positive, supportive, and reciprocal relationship with families and children.
• Coordinate and attend bi-monthly socializations to maximize child growth and development and empower parents in their nurturing role.
