Job summary

Youth In Need is seeking a Home Visitation Manager to lead daily operations across multiple sites in the service area. You will plan, develop and supervise programs, directing a team of Family Educators to support family development through goal setting, parent participation and satisfaction.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in home visitation, CPR certification, and a Class E Driver's License. Travel across sites is required; Bachelor's preferred.

This Position

We are interested in a Home Visitation Manager with a High School Diploma/equivalent and three or more years' experience in a home visitation program. Bachelor's Degree and supervisory experience are preferred.

Travel to various sites throughout Youth In Need's Service Area is required.

Ability to be CPR certified and Class E Driver's License are required.

This is a salaried position, starting at $47,422 per year.
