Job summary

LiriCare is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver early intervention services for infants and toddlers across Delaware in their homes and community settings. You will work with families to integrate communication strategies into everyday activities and support IFSP development.

The role emphasizes coaching families, building capacity, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams under Birth to Three and IDEA Part C, with a flexible schedule and full benefits for W-2 employees.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Delaware SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience with pediatric populations (birth-3) is a plus.
• Familiarity with IFSP processes and IDEA Part C is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language services to infants and toddlers in home and community settings.
• Coach and support caregivers to embed communication strategies into daily routines.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to support IFSP development.
• Develop measurable IFSP goals aligned with family priorities and child development.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IFSP reviews.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Delaware B23 and IDEA Part C.
