LiriCare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide home and community-based early intervention for infants and toddlers (birth to 3) across Delaware. You will partner with families, deliver coaching, and implement IFSP goals within natural environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active Delaware OT license or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• NBCOT certification (OTR) is required.
• Experience with pediatric populations birth to 3 is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with IFSP processes and IDEA Part C is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers in home and community settings.
• Coach and support caregivers to embed sensory, motor, and functional strategies into daily routines.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to support IFSP development.
• Develop measurable IFSP goals aligned with family priorities and child developmental needs.
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, self-care, and functional participation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IFSP reviews.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Delaware B23 and IDEA Part C requirements.
• Collaborate with service coordinators, SLPs, PTs, and other EI providers.
