Job summary

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant to provide high-quality housecall services across North Manhattan, the Bronx, and Queens, NY. This part-time role offers 2–3 days per week with potential to transition to full-time.

Salary ranges from $154,000 to $187,000 per year prorated by days worked; comprehensive benefits and productivity bonuses are included, with a driver provided for home visits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Active NY State PA License; Board Certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in primary care.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, diagnostic tools, and treatment planning.
• Strong communication, cultural competence, adaptability, and empathy; bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and assess patients’ medical histories/symptoms.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for acute/chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and therapies.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient interactions and treatments accurately.
• Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
• Create patient care plans and contribute to existing ones.
• Monitor and operate medical equipment.
• Diagnose health issues.
• Administer medicine and other treatments.
• Detect changes in patients' health and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Consult with healthcare professionals and families.
