Job summary

Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Bloomington, IN. This opportunity adapts to your lifestyle with a flexible schedule and the potential for supplemental income or community engagement.

Qualified NPs will travel to patients' homes to perform comprehensive, non-invasive assessments, review histories, and document findings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in NP or commensurate experience and NP license
• Active State NP license
• Active national board certification
• Current BLS certification
• 12 months of experience as a paid advanced clinical provider preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes for HRAs
• Perform comprehensive non-invasive physical assessments
• Review medical history and document accurately
• Conduct medical reconciliation for patient safety and compliance
• Provide basic education on wellness and preventive care
