Job summary

Pinch Med Spa is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Massachusetts for a 1099 contractor role to grow a home-based aesthetics practice. You will deliver tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials, with the freedom to set your own schedule and client list, supported by Pinch’s marketing and training resources.

Mandatory: active MA APRN license and injectable training. Prior aesthetics experience or network is a bonus, and you can expand your practice through events and influencer

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials (home visits).
• Ability to work autonomously in a concierge aesthetics model.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training.
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facials.
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network.
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business.
• Flexible scheduling: experienced injectors can grow their practice with flexibility along with clinical, supply, and legal support.
• Growth potential to gradually scale your aesthetics practice, supplement your current job, or transition full-time.
• Community and collaboration with opportunities to participate in events and build local connections.
• New injectors can complete live tox training and virtual sessions to gain confidence and skills.
