Job summary

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Minnesota for a 1099 contractor role to grow aesthetics by delivering tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes. You set your own schedule, choose your clients, and receive support including malpractice insurance and overhead coverage to maximize earnings.

We cover marketing and technology while you focus on helping clients look and feel their best.

Qualifications

Active MN APRN license required.
Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
Entrepreneurial spirit with interest in growing a portable aesthetics practice.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training.
Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering skincare techniques.
Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your personal network.
Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week.
Manage products and supplies responsibly.
Keep accurate and timely client records.
Follow Pinch protocols and best practices.
Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support.
Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients and grow your business.
