Job summary

Best Buy in a retail setting seeks a Samsung Home Theater Expert to demonstrate and sell home theater products with emphasis on the Samsung brand. Training is provided to become an expert, then explain complex technology in simple terms to help customers see value, and collaborate with other sales associates to prepare the team to assist customers with the brand.

In this role you’ll maintain product knowledge, debrief with vendor partners about promotions, ensure the department stays organized,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related fields.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about new Samsung technology.
• Debrief with vendor partners and market teams about performance, promotions and sales best practices.
• Ensure the department remains organized and ready to serve customers.
• Support sales strategies to achieve operating results, growth objectives and overall financial performance goals.
